Directions

  1. Cook the rice. In the meantime, heat the sunflower oil and stir-fry the garlic, ginger and kale for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar and stir fry for 5 minutes at a high setting. Sprinkle the wok dish with the sesame seeds and the spring onions. Serve with the rice.
