Pasta with carrot sauce and tilapia
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, onion (chopped), carrots (extra fine, 330 g), vinegar (apple), mustard, cooking cream (light (a 250 ml)), green beans, tagliatelle (rossi with garlic ( fresh pasta, 250 g)), tilapia fillet (fish, approx. 400 g) and fresh chives (25 g).

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 little pot carrots extra fine, 330 g
- 2 tablespoons vinegar Apple
- Tablespoon mustard
- Bottle cooking cream light (a 250 ml)
- 500 g green beans
- 1 business suit tagliatelle rossi with garlic (fresh pasta, 250 g)
- 1 dish tilapia fillet fish, approx. 400 g
- 1 bag fresh chives 25 g
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Heat oil in deep pan and fry in 3 min.

Draining roots.

Add vinegar and carrots to onion, bring to the boil and puree with fine blender.

Add mustard and cooking cream and boil for 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Eat green beans and break and boil in large boiling water for about 10 minutes.

Add pasta after 7 minutes and cook for 3 minutes.

Cast off.

Meanwhile, place tilapia fillet on steam basket.

Put steam basket in pan over layer of boiling water and steam with lid on pan for 8 minutes.

Cut half the chives above pasta and add half of the sauce.

Spread pasta on 4 plates, place tilapia fillet on top and add rest sauce over it.

Sprinkle chives over it..
