Pasta with carrot sauce and tilapia


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, onion (chopped), carrots (extra fine, 330 g), vinegar (apple), mustard, cooking cream (light (a 250 ml)), green beans, tagliatelle (rossi with garlic ( fresh pasta, 250 g)), tilapia fillet (fish, approx. 400 g) and fresh chives (25 g).

Directions

  1. Heat oil in deep pan and fry in 3 min.
  2. Draining roots.
  3. Add vinegar and carrots to onion, bring to the boil and puree with fine blender.
  4. Add mustard and cooking cream and boil for 3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Eat green beans and break and boil in large boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  7. Add pasta after 7 minutes and cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Cast off.
  9. Meanwhile, place tilapia fillet on steam basket.
  10. Put steam basket in pan over layer of boiling water and steam with lid on pan for 8 minutes.
  11. Cut half the chives above pasta and add half of the sauce.
  12. Spread pasta on 4 plates, place tilapia fillet on top and add rest sauce over it.
  13. Sprinkle chives over it..
