Grilled tuna with wasabimayo, served with potatoes, perfect for a summer evening outside.

Mix the mayonnaise with the crème fraiche and the wasabi paste. Cut the potatoes into slices of 1/2 cm. Dab dry.

Heat 3 tbsp oil and fry half of the potato slices with half of the garlic 8 min. Drain and repeat with 3 tbsp oil and the rest of the potato and garlic.

Tear the leaves of basil. Brush the tuna with oil. Gril in the grill pan in approx. 4 min. Rosé. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan. Fry the potatoes for another 1 min. Mix the heat with the basil and sprinkle with sea salt.

Serve the tuna with the potato and the mayonnaise. Tasty with sugarsnaps.
