Pasta with forest mushrooms and raw ham

Cook the pasta with salt until al dente. Fry the ham in a dry pan until crispy. Cut the larger mushrooms slightly smaller.

Heat half of the olive oil and fry the garlic, red pepper and onion for about 3 minutes. Fry the mushrooms at a high setting for about 3 minutes.

Mix the rest of the olive oil with the pesto. Serve the pasta with the mushrooms. Sprinkle with the pesto oil and sprinkle with the ham and Parmesan cheese.
