Pasta with minced meat, spinach and tomato sauce
Fresh tortellini with minced chicken, mushrooms, tomato sauce and mozzarella with a salad of cucumber and vinegar.

Boil the pasta for 12 minutes. In the meantime, cut the cucumbers into thin slices and mix with the vinegar, pepper and salt.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken mince in 3 min. Until tender, done and golden brown. Meanwhile cut the mushrooms in four.

Add to the minced meat and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and heat for 3 minutes.

Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the mozzarella into slices. Drain the pasta and scoop through the minced meat mixture.

Spread the mozzarella over it and heat for 3 minutes until the mozzarella has melted. Serve with the cucumber salad.
