Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the tuna and collect the oil.

Cut the leek into narrow strips.

Divide the tomatoes into pieces and chop the cloves of garlic.

Fruit in a wok or frying pan in 1 tablespoon tuna oil and 1 tablespoon oil of the tomatoes the leek strips and the garlic 2 minutes.

Add the tuna and tomatoes and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Mix in the parsley, halved olives, pepper and salt.

Cut the mozzarella into slices and scoop them lightly with the pasta through the mixture in the wok. Delicious with cucumber salad.
