Pasta with stir-fried asparagus and Dutch shrimps

Cut the woody end of the asparagus and cut the asparagus into pieces. Keep the cups separate.

Cook the pasta al dente. Heat the oil and stir fry the asparagus pieces on medium high. Add the garlic, shrimp and lemon zest and cook on a low setting for 1 minute.

Drain the pasta and scoop through the asparagus mixture. Sprinkle with pepper, garden herbs and cheese.
