Pasta with tomato tuna sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The lactose-free main course contains the following ingredients: fish, traditional olive oil.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the broccoli into florets and the stalk into slices and cook in 4 minutes in water until al dente.

Loosen the tuna with a fork. Chop the onion and fry it in the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Add the tomato cubes and bring the sauce to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat and season the sauce with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Add the capers and slices of gherkin and finally the tuna. Spread the pasta over the plates, spoon the sauce over it and serve with the beetroot broccoli.
