A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, parsley (30 g), chives, cream paté, white vermouth, white-casino bread, arugula (lettuce 30 g) and freshly ground black pepper.

Directions

  1. Cut parsley and chives very finely.
  2. Mix cream paté with vermouth.
  3. Toasting bread in toaster.
  4. Arrange the rocket over four plates.
  5. Paté coarsely spread over bread.
  6. Sprinkle herbs over them.
  7. Cut slices diagonally.
  8. Put slices of bread on rocket.
  9. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper..
