Patties with vegetarian ragout
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onion, butter, Quorn pieces (a 175 g), flour, herb broth (1 1/2 tablet), finesse for cooking (250 ml), puff pastry (box of 4 pieces, 100 g ), green vegetable mix steam vegetables (frozen and a 300 g).

Peel and chop onions.

In a saucepan, fry gently for 2 minutes in 25 g butter.

Add quarter pieces and fry for 3 minutes.

Take out pieces of quets and store them.

Sprinkle flour in pan and stir into ball.

Add the broth in portions, stir well and bring to the boil.

Meanwhile preheat the oven to 175 ºC.

Heat pastry rolls according to the instructions for use.

Mix vegetables in a microwave in 5 min (700 Watt).
