Pavlova banana with hazelnuts
A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: hazelnuts (box 95 g), sugar, banana, pavlova (ready-to-eat), whipped cream (whipped (500 ml)) and hazelnut liqueur (liqueur).

Place a piece of baking paper on the work surface.

Roast the hazelnuts for 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter and remove from the pan.

Put 1 t of sugar in the pan and let caramelize.

Spoon the nuts through the caramel.

Remove the pan from the heat and add 1 tbsp sugar.

Roll the caramelized nuts through the sugar and scoop on the baking paper to cool.

Cut the banana into slices and put half on the bottom of the pavlova.

Spoon the whipped cream onto the banana and spread the rest of the slices of banana over it.

Drizzle with hazelnut liqueur and sprinkle with hazelnuts..
