A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, peas, poultry (a 380 ml), whipped cream, fresh basil ((15 g) and finely chopped).
Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the peas.
Pour in the fond and 750 ml of water and bring it to the boil.
Let the soup boil for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the cream through the soup.
Puree the soup and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
Sprinkle with the basil..
