Cook the snow peas for 2 minutes, drain them, rinse cold water and let drain.

Heat the peanut oil in a stir-frying pan in the pepper and garlic for 2-3 minutes.

Add the sesame oil and snow peas and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the bean sprouts and the soy sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes.

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan until golden brown. Sprinkle the snow peas with the sesame seed. Tasty with chicken fillet or steak.
