Peach Melba
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fruity white wine, vanilla bean, honey, peaches, raspberries and vanilla ice cream.

Bring wine to a boil with a chopped vanilla pod.

Roast honey in it and fire low.

Halve peaches, remove pit.

Place peaches in wine and gently heat (poach) for 8 minutes.

Reverse halfway.

Peach peaches with skimmer on plate.

Boil the cooking water over high heat for about 5 minutes to half.

Remove vanilla pod.

Raspberries in food processor or in high bowl with hand blender.

Raspberry puree by rubbing sieve to remove seeds.

Boil uncooked wine with puree.

Cool down cooled peaches.
-
Place 1 roll of vanilla ice on each plate and place 1 reversed half of the pulp, press down lightly.

Next to ice, place another half of the perspiration and create bread roll ice cream.

Make raspberry sauce over it..
