Ingredients
Directions
-
Heat sugar and cooking cream in a large pan until the sugar has melted and let the mixture simmer for half a minute. Switch off the heat source and stir in the butter and white chocolate until everything is melted.
-
Stir until the mass has cooled slightly and then pour in the chopped peanuts. Spoon the mixture onto the baking paper in the dish and spread it out with a spatula. Sprinkle with sea salt, the chopped dark chocolate and the rest of the peanuts.
-
Allow the whole to cool and firm. Then put a minimum of 1 hour covered in the refrigerator to continue to stiffen. Cut the peanut butter with chocolate and sea salt for serving in pieces. Nice with coffee or tea.
