Pearl couscous salad with sardines
Salad of pearl couscous, broccoli list, sardines, chives, hummus and grated beetroot.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Put the broccoli rice in a bowl and pour as much boiling water until the rice is underneath. Leave for 2 minutes and drain. Put in the couscous.

Let the sardines drain in the meantime, but collect 3 tbsp (4 people) of the oil. Slice the chives.

Mix the oil and half of the chives through the hummus.

Scoop the hummus through the beetroot and then carefully through the couscous. Pull the sardines with 2 forks into pieces and spread over the salad.

Sprinkle with the rest of the chives.
