Peas-zucchini salad with white cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: zucchini, peas (frozen), salt, spring onion, white cheese cubes (a 200 g), mint, lemon juice, olive oil (extra virgin) and freshly ground pepper.

Wash the courgette and cut into cubes. Fry in pan with little water and salt zucchini and peas for about 2 minutes. In colander, rinse with cold water and let it drain well. Clean the forest onion and cut into rings. Finely chop mint leaves. Beat in a bowl of lemon juice with oil until dressing. Stir in fresh mint and season with salt and pepper. Create zucchini, peas, onion rings and cheese cubes. Leave salad for about 30 minutes so that flavor can develop.

Add salad again and if necessary season with salt and pepper. Serve with roasted meat.
