Penne With Salmon And Broccoli


Whole grain pasta with salmon, broccoli and sour cream.

Directions

  1. Boil the pasta in plenty of water with salt al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and cut the garlic into thin slices and cut the broccoli into small florets.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and gently soften the garlic without letting it color.
  4. Spoon the broccoli through the garlic oil and fry the florets for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the water in the pan and fry the broccoli with the lid on the pan in 6-8 min. Crunchy.
  6. Spoon the sour cream through the cooked pasta. Add the broccoli and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
  7. Spoon the pasta into deep plates and divide the salmon slices over it.
