Curry rice with chicken fillet and raisins
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white rice (bag 1 kg), chicken breast, oil, green beans (very fine / whole (450 g, frozen)), onions (in small segments), curry powder, crème fraîche (light (125 ml)) and raisins (bag 500 g).
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breast in approx. 12 min. Brown and done. Boil the green beans in little water with salt in approx. 6 minutes until al dente.
Heat the remaining 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the curry powder and fry for 1 min. Spoon the rice, crème fraîche and raisins and heat for 1-2 min. Season with pepper and salt.
Spoon the curry rice on 4 plates and add the chicken fillet. Serve with the green beans.
