Orange cabbage with potato croquettes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, orange, ribs, butter, ready-to-cook broccoli florets, potato croquettes (450 g, frozen) and orange marmalade.

Fritter oil.

Peel the orange thickly and cut the segments between the membranes.

Pour chops with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in frying pan and chop on medium heat for 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked.

Meanwhile, boil broccoli in little water in 5 minutes.

Potato croquettes in 3-4 min.

Fry golden brown and drain on kitchen paper.

Place chops on two plates.

Stir in orange marmalade and orange slices through shortening and heat for 1 min.

Fry the broccoli and potato croquettes alongside chops, pour gravy over pork chops..
