Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the pepper into rings.

Slice the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and pepper for 2 minutes.

Add the wine and bring to the boil. Add the tomato cubes and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Add the capers and olives to the sauce.

Drain the pasta and scoop through the sauce.
