Penne with green beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne (pasta, bag 500 g), olive oil, onion (chopped), minced beef, zucchini (diced), fine broad beans (300 g, frozen), flat parsley ((20 g) and leaves finely chopped).

Boil the pasta in plenty of water with salt al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in 5 min. Scoop the zucchini and broad beans through and cook for 5-6 minutes until al dente.

Drain the pasta and scoop with the parsley and pepper and salt through the minced meat-vegetable mixture. Divide over 4 deep plates. Tasty with grated Parmesan cheese.
