Penne with savory fennel pancetta sauce


Pasta with sausages and a sauce of pancetta sauce, fennel and stew vegetables.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages on a high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Lower the heat and fry the sausages in 10 minutes. Times regularly. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Slice the garlic.
  4. Cut the stems and a piece of the underside of the fennel tubers, halve in length, remove the hard core and cut into wafer-thin strips.
  5. Heat the rest of the oil in a skillet and fry the garlic, stew vegetables, fennel and pepper for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  6. Add the pancetta sauce and heat for 3 minutes. Stir frequently.
  7. Cut the sausages into slices. Drain the pasta and mix with the sausage through the sauce.
