Easy pasta recipe with penne, tomato sauce, tuna and zucchini.

Directions

  1. Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Chop the onion, cut the courgettes into slices and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion. Add the tomatoes with the moisture and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Drain the tuna and divide into pieces.
  5. Add the tuna and whipped cream to the tomato sauce and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the courgette for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Spoon the tuna sauce through the penne and serve with the fried zucchini.
