Peppadew yoghurt dip
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: peppadew peppers ((pot 380 g), drained), sundried tomato tapenade, cumin (djinten) and Greek yoghurt.

Cut the peppadew into small pieces and put them in the blender. Add the tapenade, the cumin and the yogurt.

First mix well with the help of the pulse button and then puree everything into a smooth sauce. Allow the flavors to withdraw in approx. 1 hour. Delicious with bruschetta, ciabatta and as a topping for pizzas and crostini.
