Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Smash the garlic cloves with the blade of a knife and put in a bowl. Add the 5 spice powder with the soy sauce, honey, oil and possibly salt and scoop through the chicken.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Divide the chicken with the marinade over it. Bake for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown and done. Turn every 10 min.

Meanwhile, cook the sugarsnaps for 3 minutes in water with salt. Drain and rinse cold under running water.

Meanwhile, cut the coriander and the garlic very finely and put in a bowl.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and peel the fruit. Cut the flesh into pieces and add.

Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Add the grater and juice with the oil to the avocado salsa.
