Cut the zucchini into slices of ½ cm and finely chop the garlic and fresh mint. Mix the oil with the garlic, chilli flakes, mint, salt and lemon juice.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the zucchini slices in parts 6 min. Turn halfway. Scoop through the herb oil. Serve warm, lukewarm or cold.
