Directions

  1. Boil eggs in 8 min. Cook penne according to directions on packaging. Rinse in colander with cold water and let drain. Prepare garden peas according to directions on packaging. Rinse in colander with cold water and let drain.

  3. Mix penne, peas, peppers, ham, onions, half of arugula and dressing and scoop on 4 plates. Garnish with egg pies and the rest of arugula.
