Pepper tartar with green beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rösti rounds (frozen, 600 g), crushed green beans (500 g), white peppercorns, entrecotes (a ca. 175 g, Greenfields), butter or margarine, red wine and coconut cream (pack a 2 dl).

Rösti baking in oven according to instructions.

Boil the beans for about 8 minutes.

Put peppercorns on clean tea towel.

Fold the tea towel.

Roll over with rolling pin, so that the grains crush.

Press peppercorns into entrecotes.

Cook butter in a large frying pan or casserole.

Bake entrecotes approx.
-
2 to 4 minutes per side.
-
Take out the prime ribs and keep them warm under aluminum foil.

Pour the wine into shortening and loosen the containers.
-
Add cream and reduce the gravy for another 4 minutes.

Place the entrecotes on four plates.
-
Sprinkle with salt.
-
Pour over it.

Serve with green beans and rösti rounds..
