A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (floury), ready-to-cook spinach (300 g), beef tomatoes, smoked bacon (about 130 g), milk and red pesto (90 g).

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and boil in a little water with salt in 20 minutes.
  2. Cut spinach coarsely.
  3. Wash tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.
  4. Fry slices of bacon in 6 min.
  5. In crispy frying pan.
  6. Heat milk.
  7. Drain potatoes and crush.
  8. Make a smooth puree with milk and pesto.
  9. Season spinach and tomato through puree, heat for approx.
  10. 3 min.
  11. And season to taste with pepper.
  12. Divide stew over four plates and place bacon on it..
