Pesto stew with smoked bacon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (floury), ready-to-cook spinach (300 g), beef tomatoes, smoked bacon (about 130 g), milk and red pesto (90 g).

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and boil in a little water with salt in 20 minutes.

Cut spinach coarsely.

Wash tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.

Fry slices of bacon in 6 min.

In crispy frying pan.

Heat milk.

Drain potatoes and crush.

Make a smooth puree with milk and pesto.

Season spinach and tomato through puree, heat for approx.

3 min.

And season to taste with pepper.

Divide stew over four plates and place bacon on it..
