Picadillo toasts with guacamole
Mexican dish of gorditas with onions, minced beef, picadillo, tomatoes, cheddar and corn.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion flakes for 1 min on a high heat.

Add the minced meat and the picadillo and stir-fry 3 min. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into cubes and add. Leave to cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Season with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, grate the cheddar and let the corn kernels drain.

Place the gordita's on two griddles covered with baking paper, spread the minced meat mixture, the corn and the cheddar over it and bake for about 10 minutes in the oven.

In the meantime, prepare the guacamole according to the instructions on the package (use avocado as fine as possible).

Remove the tostada from the oven and serve with the guacamole.
