Pickled lemon with thyme
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: lemons (9 cleaned and 4 pressed out), sea salt (coarse) and thyme (box 15 g).

Cut 5 lemons in length in quarters but do not cut them completely.

Fill each with 2 tbsp sea salt.

Put them in and around with thyme sprigs in the preserving jar add the lemon juice.

Add 3 tbsp sea salt.

Store in the refrigerator for 1 month.

Remove the flesh and cut the skin finely.

Tasty with grilled chicken or in salads..
