Pincho with tuna salad
A tasty Spanish recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, tuna on oil (drained), mayonnaise, capers, fresh thyme leaves (bag a 15 g), black olives (without pit, chopped), baguette, lamb's lettuce (bag a 75 g), cherry tomatoes ((dish a 250 g) and halved).

Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin.

Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, lemon zest, capers, thyme and olives and salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the baguette into 24 slanted, thin slices.

Brush 12 slices generously with the tuna salad.

Place the other slices of bread on it.

Put a tuft of lamb's lettuce and a half cherry tomato on top and stick the pinchos with a cocktail stick..
