Pineapple salad with prawns

Cut the garlic into slices and the pepper into thin strips.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and gently fry the garlic.

Put the red pepper strips and the shrimp through and fry until the shrimp are opaque.

Sprinkle some salt and freshly ground pepper and pour the wine.

Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes and allow some of the wine to evaporate.

Allow the shrimps to cool.

Cut the pineapple into slices, cut off the peel and also cut the hard core in the middle of the slices.

Cut the slices into pieces.

In a large bowl, spoon the pineapple pieces with the shrimp mixture and drip 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice.

Spoon the arugula through the pineapple just before serving.
