Kohlrabi in mustard cream sauce
Quickly vegetarian side dish of kohlrabi with a sauce of cream, mustard and pepper.

Cut the kohlrabi thinly and cut in half. Place the halves on the cutting edge and cut thin slices. Place the slices in a large frying pan and pour whipped cream over them. Bring the whipped cream to boil and let the kohlrabi boil for 5 minutes.

Remove the lid and cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes until the kohlrabi is done and the whipped cream is boiled down. Spoon the kohlrabi with skimmer in a warm dish.

Remove from the heat, stir mustard through the light-bound sauce and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the kohlrabi. Tasty with grilled pork chops.
