A tasty recipe. The vegetarian drink with alcohol contains the following ingredients: ripe pineapple, fresh ginger root, (Australian) white wine, fresh basil and ice cubes.

Directions

  1. Peel the pineapple, cut the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes.
  2. From ginger, grate 2 teaspoons (rest is not used).
  3. In the blender or food processor, pineapple with wine, ice cubes, grated ginger and basil.
  4. Serve in tall glasses..
