A tasty recipe. The vegetarian drink with alcohol contains the following ingredients: ripe pineapple, fresh ginger root, (Australian) white wine, fresh basil and ice cubes.

Peel the pineapple, cut the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes.

From ginger, grate 2 teaspoons (rest is not used).

In the blender or food processor, pineapple with wine, ice cubes, grated ginger and basil.
