Pink syllabub
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: white wine, orange liqueur (liquorice), cool fresh apple pear raspberry juice (bottle), white caster sugar and whipped cream.

In a bowl mix wine with liqueur, juice and sugar. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Mix whipped cream with mixer and mix with wine mixture. Still about 30 sec. beat with mixer. Place Syllabub in a refrigerator until use.

If necessary, whisper the Syllabub and divide it into eight cups. Cut straws in half and put them in syllabub.
