Pistolets with egg-salmon salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs, cottage cheese (half full), fresh chives (finely chopped), smoked salmon chips and brown pistachios.

Boil eggs in saucepan with water, boil hard in 8 minutes and drain.

Let eggs scare (rinse under cold running water) and peel.

Mix eggs in bowl with fork and mix with cottage cheese, chives, salmon and salt and pepper to taste.

Cut off and hollow out the pistolets (breadcrumbs are not used).

Fill the pistachio with egg-salmon salad..
