Directions

  1. Sprinkle the chicken fillet with paprika, salt and pepper. Heat the oil and stir fry the chicken strips in 4-5 minutes until golden brown and done.
  2. Mix the yogurt with garlic and gyro herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the tomato and cucumber cubes. Roast the pita bread in a toaster or between a contact grill.
  4. Cut them open into envelopes, divide them with lettuce leaves and place the chicken strips on them.
  5. Spoon the yogurt sauce and the tomato-cucumber mixture.
