Cumin chicken fowl
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, buttermilk, ground cumin (djinten), garlic (finely chopped), chicken drumsticks, sunflower oil (for frying), flour and lemon (in parts).

Mix the buttermilk with 1 tbsp cumin and the garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour. Change regularly.

Heat the deep fryer to 170 ° C. Sprinkle the flour with the rest of the cumin on a plate. Remove the chicken drumsticks from the marinade and sprinkle with salt. Remove the flower and shake off excess flour. Fry the chicken drumsticks in 12-15 min. Regularly.
