Pita bread with seasoned minced meat
- 2 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 Red onion
- 500 gram minced lamb
- 500 gram minced beef
- 2 clove garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Heat the oil, fry the onion and fry the minced meat. Add the pressed cloves of garlic, cinnamon powder, cayenne pepper, lemon balm and salt to taste.
Cut the pita bread open to an envelope. Put them in the oven for 5 minutes.
Put some slares in the buns and spread the spiced mince over it. Garnish with the tomato cut into cubes or wedges. Serve the garlic sauce.
