Pizza piadina calzone
Calzone pizza with piadine, Italian stir-fry vegetables and ham.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the vegetable for 5 min. Put in a sieve and drain.

Cut the ham into pieces. Mix the vegetables, ham and cheese in a bowl.

Divide the mixture over the piadine. Make sure the filling is on 1 half of the piadine.

Make the edges of the piadine wet with warm water and fold the other half over it. Push firmly.

Place the piadine calzone on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for approx. 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
