Candied sprouts with balsamic vinegar

Directions

Boil the sprouts for about 10 minutes.

Drain and scoop back into the pan with the stock and vinegar.

Bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes without the lid until the moisture evaporates and a glaze layer forms around the vegetables.

Spoon the sprouts with the butter, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the parsley.
