Garden pea ricotta dish
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: garden peas (extra fine (450 g, frozen)), ricotta (fresh cheese, 250 g), eggs (beaten), grated Parmesan cheese, dried thyme and garlic (finely chopped).
