Pizza rolls with salami from the oven
Homemade pizza rolls with Parmesan cheese, ciabatta, tomato sauce, salami, onions and oregano.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Grate the cheese coarsely.

Halve the ciabatta in length and in width. Place the rolls with the cutting edge upwards on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

Brush the rolls with the tomato-vegetable sauce and top them up with half of the cheese, the salami and the rest of the cheese.

Spread the onion mix over it and sprinkle with the oregano.

Bake the rolls for about 10 minutes in the oven until the cheese has melted.
