Pizza with sausage
Pizza of Turkish bread with beef cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.

Preheat the oven to 240 ºC.

Cut onion into rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion rings 2 min.

Remove the skin from the sausage and add the meat. Bake in 2 min.

Halve the bread lengthwise and place the halves each on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper with the cutting edge pointing upwards.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the mozzarella into slices.

Brush the bread with the tomato sauce. Divide the sausage mixture, mozzarella and tomatoes. Sprinkle with pepper.

Bake the pizzas one above the other for about 8 minutes in the oven until the bread is crispy and the cheese begins to melt.

Change the pizzas after 4 minutes. Divide the arugula over it. Drizzle the pizzas with extra virgin olive oil.
