Kale with meat burgers
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef (400 g), spice mix (with salt for minced garden herbs with breadcrumbs (40 g)), garlic (finely chopped), crumbly cooking potatoes (advantage bag 800 g), kale (cut (300 g)) ), olive oil and mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g).

Mix the mince with the bag of spice mix and half of the garlic and form 8 flat burgers.

Put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Put the potatoes in a large pan, add the kale and 400 ml water and cook the whole until done in the time indicated for the potatoes.

Meanwhile, heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the mushroom stir-fry mix and the rest of the garlic for 3 min.

Brush the minced meat thinly with the rest of the oil and roast them in the grill pan on both sides until nicely browned and cooked 4 min.

Per side.

Drain the potatoes and kale and collect the cooking liquid.

Stamp to a coarse puree.

Spoon the mushroom mixture through and add some cooking water if it is too dry.

Serve the minced burgers with the stew of kale..
