Directions

  1. Remove from the marinade, pat dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Add the marinade and let the meat slowly simmer in about 40 minutes. Add the crumbled gingerbread after 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the bay leaves. Finally stir the cream through the frying liquid. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Eat red cabbages and boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes with this dish.
