Pasta with clams
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tagliatelle (pasta), onion, garlic, shellfish vongole in Italian tomato sauce (a 350 g), olive oil and Italian vegetable mix (400 g).

Cook pasta al dente according to instructions.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Sauce the pan with shells from the pan and bring the sauce to the boil.

Cook over low heat until all the shells are open, shovel occasionally.

Remove shells that are closed.

Fry onion and garlic in oil in frying pan.

Add vegetable mix and fry in approx.
-
5 minutes.
-
Season with salt and pepper.
-
Mix vegetable mixture with pasta.
-
Spread the pasta mixture, shells and sauce over four plates.

Tasty with green salad and vinaigrette..
