Directions

  1. Prepare the dough according to the instructions on the packaging, but use the olive oil instead of butter. Knead the spices through them and allow to rise as shown on the packaging.
  2. Knead the dough again after rising and form a thick roll of the dough. Cut the roll into 10 equal pieces.
  3. Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour and press or roll out the pieces of dough into thin pieces. Place the pieces on the baking sheet.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cut the fruit into slices or wedges.
  5. Stir in the cream cheese with the egg and some pepper. Divide this with the convex side of a spoon over the dough pieces.
  6. Cover the cream cheese with the onion rings and the fruit. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and thyme and drizzle with honey.
  7. Fry the pizza in the middle of the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
